NIC.RU registrar is not ready to transfer DNSSEC keys to the registry operator. What to do?

The NIC.RU registrar is not ready to transfer the DNSSEC keys (DNSKEY records) for the thematic domain to the registry operator that supports DNSSEC, they write "impossible". What to do? Somehow I don’t want to transfer it to another place .. Maybe I don’t understand something? Or are there other options?
