Nginx how to set up a server?

Hello.

There is a self-written PHP framework, it has a router system that looks like this:

# Главная страница
Route::get('/', [
  'controller'	=> 'HomeController',
  'action'		=> 'index',
]);

# Страница аккаунта
Route::get('/account/', [
  'controller'	=> 'AccountController',
  'action'		=> 'account'
]);

Two links, the first works as server.loc , the second as server.loc/account
Apache understands everything perfectly, but Nginx refuses to work.

Nginx just opens the /account/ folder, which doesn't exist.
How to send all requests to index.php?
Tried absolutely everything, nothing worked.
