Installed Openserver, when I select the nginx module, I can't start the site. Returns the root directory of the site's files. How to set it up correctly?

You need to set up domains: Right click
on the Open Server icon -> Settings -> " Domains " tab
There, set Domains Management to "Manual + Autosearch", then add the domain and the path to the folder to open.
