NextCloud: How to connect external SMB/CIFS storage?

Initially, I deployed the NethServer distribution kit, which also includes NextCloud.
The application "External storage support" was installed and as a result, an external Win-ball was successfully connected.
I wanted to raise an independent server, also on Centos, but only with NextCloud.
According to the official documentation, all necessary and desirable PHP modules are installed.
As a result: I set up external storage through the web interface, but for some reason it does not connect, I cannot find any description of the error in the logs.

in NethServer - Nextcloud 10.0.2 I
separately installed Nextcloud 10.0.2, 10.0.4 and 11.0.2 (on PHP 7.0) Please tell me who faced this problem or at least point me in the right direction.
