Hello dear Habra community.

Tell me, please, a news service with a full-fledged e-mail distribution. That is, by sending out not only news announcements, but also the full text of the news.
It is desirable that it be possible to set up a mailing list by headings - politics, the world, Russia, Ukraine, etc.

A friend goes on a flight, there is satellite Internet on the ship, but for the younger staff only the use of e-mail via POP3 is available. I want to set up receiving news to my g-mail box, and from it forwarding through filters to a friend's "marine" box. This option was chosen so that I could quickly reconfigure the mailing list at his request, since there will be no access to the site's web interface from the ship.

Perhaps someone will find the solution I found useful.
1. We find the full RSS feeds of interest on rss-farm.ru , or on other sources.
2. Sign up for a free MailChimp account
3. Create mixes from news feeds there
4. Create a mailing list, in my version - one subscriber, with content converted to plain-text.
5. We create an RSS feed company and set a convenient time for sending.
The method with rss2email did not work, as it is rather unstable (at least I did not have the patience).
Perhaps there are better ways, but for now I'm running my solution.
