New terminology for new technology - who can tell?

Or a word game on the weekend (the author does not know the answer!).
The other day I published a post about a new technology ( habrahabr.ru/post/151496 ) and, among others, received the following comment:
“A Russian device with an English name. Symbolically."
And what's wrong with that? I thought at first. We have long been accustomed to the short, capacious and intuitive terms chip, hub, site, gadget, bit, and many other borrowings, and not only in technology.
But after thinking a little longer, I remembered that not all borrowings, to put it mildly, sound good in Russian. For example, imagine a picture: a young elegant woman - the financial director of a respectable company at a large forum with a full quorum in the middle of the presentation in a clear, set voice declares: "our company's income amounted to so much, but fuck-de-and so much." Those listeners who are familiar with the economy understood that she meant the abbreviation EBITDA. The thoughts of the rest were varied.
But back to the article. It describes the Russian system, created using the latest technologies. The international standard for one of the technologies used in the system was approved just a year ago. Even in English, the terminology in this area has not yet settled down. The term for such systems - Real Time Location System (RTLS) by different companies is sometimes interpreted somewhat differently, not to mention the translation into Russian.
So I thought, is it possible to offer my own term in this situation?
A Russian term figuratively, briefly and clearly denoting a system that:
a) accurately determines the coordinates of a marked object and a person,
b) identifies it,
c) shows its location on the plan,
d) saves this information in a database and transfers it to automated systems?

Russian speaking? Why all of a sudden? You yourself give examples of borrowings, for example, I don’t know a single Russian term. A computer, the Internet, a website, a program - this is what I saw in front of me. Not a single Russian word.
So here, why not become like "GPS", which in Russia is called "GPS" and call "RTLS" as "RTLS"?
No, well, you can, of course, follow the path of the GLOBAL NAVIGATION SATELLITE SYSTEM and call it the Real Time Positioning System, but, probably, it is precisely because of this abbreviation that I am rather skeptical about this innovation.
However, the Americans still call our GLONASS, GLONASS.

As I understand it, you do not have a device , but a real - time positioning system and integrated control . In addition to the SPRV, you can “fasten” the recursive acronym if you stir up your fantasy.
