New app or integration?

Integration is impossible, I just don't know how to write the title correctly, but this one is closer to the point. I urgently need your advice, thank you in advance for your attention and patience, and to someone for your responsiveness.
There are applications that have been around since the early 2000s, with over 300 million users and over $400 million in turnover. My idea is to create a few features that are not in these applications, but which are technically simple, it is not difficult to develop them, but they will increase the attractiveness of applications for users, as well as make them more convenient. Also, of course, these features allow apps to embed additional purchases, which is extremely attractive for the apps themselves.
I can find investors for a new application - an analogue of existing ones, develop it and start advertising and promotion. But already existing monsters will make similar functions in their hyped applications, because. technically they are simple and my application will not last long, because. will not stand the competition due to low traffic.
Question. How can you implement the idea in this situation? Is it possible to sell it to existing companies, if so, how to do it?
Thank you!

@Deerenaros

A lot of text - little use.
First, what makes you think that the competition is so strong? Where do the numbers about 300 million users and turnover of 400 million evergreens come from (less than a dollar per user? amazing conversion!). Can you find an investor, or are there already people ready to invest in the project?
Comrade, if there is a kind uncle who gives money, then only he risks money. You risk time, but you will definitely gain experience, writing out a salary for yourself is a normal practice in startups (only discuss the amount with the investor).
If it doesn't exist, forget it. Ideas are worth nothing.

Perhaps only practice can answer this question.
The current question is a spherical horse in a spherical vacuum. The answers will either be overly encouraging, or criticism in the mode of a bitchy woman will create doubts and instead of action, you will begin to doubt.
There is always a chance, for existing monsters, any new tokens need to be pulled through the administrative block. Fresh ideas in monsters do not arise, or fade quickly. Otherwise, why would Google, Facebook, Microsoft and other lumps buy heaps of new topics along with new businesses? Startups and venture finance are the backbone of the modern economy. They can also steal - but they don’t steal quickly either :), since it’s easier for grits to buy with giblets. It’s better to find out the details in a startup party, there are many examples.
