Networks, external ip?

Hello, I have a little question.
Essence of the question:
I am connected to the Internet via a twisted pair cable, there are three computers in the apartment (two laptops, one stationary). There is an external ip (static)

The cable that stretches from the shield is connected to the NETGEAR WNR612v
router. The wifi router distributes the Internet to two laptops and is connected to a desktop computer via a cable.

As far as I understand, the router creates its own local network with its own addresses like 168.192.*.*, but individually computers are not visible from the Internet.

It is necessary to make the stationary computer visible from the Internet, how can this be done without installing an additional network card and creating a bridge!?

@uscr

If you need certain services, set up "port forwarding" (port forwarding) for certain ports from the external interface of the router to the port of the computer behind the router, if you want to redirect all requests to the computer at all, then this is called a demilitarized zone (DMZ)

@prox

There is a special site
portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/routerindex.htm
find the router model (or approximately the same class).
