Network health tester?

Hello! There is the following scheme of the network node network:
5ee837ad2e27d340870779.png
Joints with various operators are connected through sw1 and sw2, through which communication with remote objects is carried out. Both of these switches are connected to the main SW.
SW main (cisco C9200L-24T-4X) is "split" into two parts that work in a stack. Also, remote objects are connected to the main sw through their own communication channels.
All channels are divided into main and reserve .
The main channels through SW3 are routed to Ro1 main.
Redundant channels are routed via SW4 to Ro2 res.

There is a task!
It is necessary to check the reliability of the network.
Each element of the network node will be turned off in turn (sw1, sw2, sw main, sw3, sw4, Ro1 main, Ro2 res)
.

Question!!!
How can all this be tracked? Can you write some software? But what is needed for this, according to what algorithm should it work? Maybe there are other options? Willing to listen to various suggestions.

In general, a full map and routing tables are boring, then the problem will be solved verbally
When you turn off SW - all
SW3 falls RO1 - the main channels fall
SW4 RO2 - backup
SW1 SW2 - joints
Well, then how the routing tables are compiled and where through what and for how much the backup routes will rise

if you have a need to check availability. put some fpinger , put all your equipment on the map, with a ping test. then cut off the wires, and see what is available, what has fallen off.
Before real tests, take a diagram and estimate the points from which you will monitor.
