Network card not working when starting win10 after ubuntu?

Good afternoon.
Please show me how to solve the following problem?

The computer has win10 and ubuntu installed.
If after working in ubuntu go to windows, then the network card does not work. In device manager, everything is OK, but there is no Internet connection.

But if the computer is completely turned off (de-energized), then the problem disappears.
It turns out that ubuntu turns off the network card. How to disable it in ubuntu?

Most likely, Ubuntu was not turned off, but parked in hibernate. In this case, most devices are also parked.
Check your power button settings.

I would guess that ubuntu will ship blob and curve blob.

I have a similar problem - two network cards - one for video surveillance and the other for the Internet, in the event of a reboot from one operating system to another, one of the cards stops working, in windows one and in ubuntu the other, when the power is turned off on the power supply, not for a long time and when booting then into any OS, both cards work fine. I have not found a solution yet, but I suspect that the motherboard from GIGABYTE - GA 320M-H is to blame.
