I don’t remember exactly from what moment, but the “go to ad” function turned off for me.
Let 's say

}

Previously, when you press ctrl + left-click on "form", a file with a class was opened, but now it does not react.
Descriptions of my methods are not displayed when hovering over a method.
Dug Yandex and Google can not find anything.

Many thanks to the foreign community, I found the answer on stackoverflow.
You need to delete the netbeans cache.
I had it here:
C:\Users\[my_user]\AppData\Local\NetBeans\Cache\8.0 - delete the entire folder
On stackoverflow it was advised to look for it somewhere else.
I spent a lot of time on solving this simple question, so I decided to write the answer myself, maybe it will save someone time.
