NetBeans 8.0.2 hangs. Linux Zorin OS (Ubuntu based) How to solve the problem?

The NetBeans IDE interface freezes when clicking the OK, Apply, Cancel buttons, or when trying to expand a list in a dialog box. Further, the program just hangs, nothing happens, the tabs do not switch and the buttons are not pressed. When you click on the cross (closing the window), nothing happens either. I can not understand what the problem is with the OS or IDE. This has not happened with other programs. (I mostly write in Qt/C++ and I've never had such problems with QtCreator). How to solve this problem? In which direction to dig?

I realized that this problem is with all applications written in Java running on this system. How to overcome this effect?
