NetBeans (7.3.1|8.0) hangs when launching modules, any solution?

Both builds are complete. First, 7.3.1 began to hang on the launch of modules, downloaded the eighth one - the same thing, got into the dispatcher, poked the analysis of the waiting chain, there "Waiting for network I / O". I look connections - listens to 127.0.0.1:5331. Windows eight OS. Tried deleting and reinstalling - no use, tried closing the connection - no use. Who can faced similar?
PS: I shouldn't advise ide from JetBrains, I tried it, it's convenient, but I like netbanding better.
