.Net is mainly about the enterprise?

I've been looking at vacancies lately, going through social security. The ideal target is a small product development studio.
Because my main language is C#, and my specialization is web, then I work on .net core.
Faced with the fact that vacancies are offered only in bulky corporate projects, and the goal is to get out of this :D

Isn't interesting, fast projects about .net and don't do such things on it?

Until the days of .net core, it was still the case, because it was very difficult to find inexpensive hosting with IIS. Now you can safely take an inexpensive vps and deploy an asp.net core application under Linux.
