Negative sign != on Mikrotik?

How to write the following command on Mikrotik
/queue/simple/set <pppoe-pupkin> dst-address!=10.0.0.0 dst-netmask=255.128.0.0
That is, the problem with the negation sign != occurs.
In the rules of the firewall, you can write !=
Some kind of ambush with queue.

the easiest way is to make an entry through the winbox, then look at the export, the syntax will immediately pop up. Unless, of course, that's the issue.

It's clear. It's a pity. I keep trying to wrap pppoe users on local dc hubs bypassing the shaper.

It's easier to tag packages in the mangle and then shape the tagged packages.
