In the morning I had 0 OKs on my account.
Now it shows -49 OKs on the account.
How can this be?
In December 2015, there was already such a situation. For a year and a half I corresponded with the administration of the Odnoklassniki website. I proved to them that I have been on maternity leave for the third year and I don’t buy OKs, and accordingly I don’t pay for any gifts with them - I barely have enough money for food. They never admitted that it was a program failure (this is my opinion). I had to replenish my account for nothing in order to reset the negative balance (then I had -20 OKs on my account).
Maybe you can explain to me intelligibly what is happening with the balance?
The same thing happened today.

From this moment you can write a claim for improper performance of services, and attach a receipt for payment. Thus, you will transfer your financial relations with OK to the legal plane, and OK lawyers will already knock programmers on the head, and they, in turn, will solve problems with a negative balance, in addition, you can recall the past problem with a negative balance.
