Need to flash HTC Wildfire S for mom for her birthday [phone from Britain, I'll give it tomorrow, I didn't have anything to do with android]?

Greetings, habralyudi!
Straight to the point: I bought an htc wildfire s phone for my mom in Britain for her birthday . He almost came - they called from the post office, today after work I'll go pick it up. The situation is complicated by the fact that you need to donate tomorrow, but there, as I understand it, there is no Russian language - do you need to flash / install / patch? I didn’t have anything to do with android before (I’ll figure it out on se xperia mini, which goes together). I understand that I need to read google and w3bsit3-dns.com, but I didn’t find a suitable tutorial out of the blue. I doubt that I will have time to do everything normally during the night, and I'm afraid to kill the phone in a brick. Tell me the sequence of actions to add the full Russian language to the phone. Thanks in advance.

Put morelocale2 from the market and choose the Russian language. Everything :)

Phone received and charged. How to charge will start experiments.
By the way, how is the android not tied to a sim card? And then I'll set it up on my own ...

The phone is more or less charged. Killed my mom's account. I installed morelocale2 from the market - everything was Russified.
I will not dig a topic about alternative firmware until it appears on android4, if there is one at all on this phone.
Thanks to everyone who answered, and after 00:00 so “huge”!
