Need to choose a server to serve the taxi service?

Our company is expanding.
My task is to select a server on which the program for a taxi with a Firebird database will run.
The planned load per day is 20,000 orders, and coordinates for the last 60 days will be stored and processed for each order, which will greatly increase the volume of the database. 30 people will access the database at the same time. 25 for reading and writing, 5 for reading.
In addition, a full backup of the database will be made once a day and a shadow copy will constantly go for hot backup. The main database will spin on SSD backups on a separate raid, shadow copies on the backup server.
Also from the server I want to see the redundancy of power supplies and networks.
Are there any ready-made solutions or has anyone faced such a task, maybe there are some developments?
