Good afternoon, advise the smallest flight controller in which there is an atmel processor (I will reflash in arduino), all three types of sensor (axel, gyr and magnetometer.) And a battery charging controller. Thank you.

The second is fully compatible with arduino (even contains its bootloader), but still I would not recommend using arduino flight firmware, microvii firmware is more flexible.
