Need Select in material design style (self-sufficient)?

Throw a link to a self-contained select in the style of material design. It is a separate script and css, and not as part of some kind of framework that depends on its other scripts.
It is javascript and css (you can use the jQuery plugin)

I don't think it's a big problem to do the styling in CSS.
