Where can I download a ready-made build of the memcache module with tag support for Windows? Can't assemble by myself

There is a wrapper that has tags and memcached: github.com/jamm/Memory tags can be used to delete them

There is memcached-tags , there is Dklab_Cache + several topics on Habré. Everything is googled for "memcache tags"
