After I uploaded the site to the hosting and later to search engines, there was a problem when I search Yandex for my site, it finds it, but the problem is in the title tag - it says "Document | How to register in Essens?" there is no Document in the code, I removed it, where did it come from, please help, this is the first site that I created, everything is fine in Google, here is the site essenspeople.kz
