If I were you, I would exchange the cooler for a titan or zalman (this is if you collect for yourself, zalman will be more expensive - but the loudest component will be hdd). I won't say anything intelligible about athlon, I'm an intel follower :) As for the motherboard - good built-in video (although a discrete card from nvidia is indicated in the order) and basic sound, which is not good. Perhaps it is worth reconsidering: to take with good sound to the detriment of the integrated video card.
As for the power supply, an ordinary 450W with a 120mm cooler and a set of necessary connectors will do. Please note that the motherboard needs 24 + 4 + 4 power, there is no additional power supply on the video card (which does not interfere with having it on the power supply, "a reserve for the future", so to speak. You never know, it will burn out and decide to replace it under warranty with an upgrade). Pay attention to the mass - light and inexpensive Chinese thyristor consumer goods burn perfectly in our power networks, provide practically no protection for powered equipment, have an inadequate spread in output voltage and, in addition, vilely whistle during operation - the chance to ruin an expensive computer with a cheap power supply is high enough to neglect. Estimated price - from 2k rubles. in the orange shop.
PS: is the frequency indicated for the memory is 1333 MHz? In the same store:
Memory module KINGSTON HyperX FURY Black Series HX318C10FB/4 DDR3 - 4GB 1866, DIMM, Ret - 1990 rub. with PC3-14900.
