Need help setting up ejabberd on 17.09?

Good day.
I decided to install the Ejabberd 17.09 server on Debian 8 for myself.
VPS is installed with LAMP. The site hangs, the domain is passed through cloudflare.
Need help setting up DNS and a problem with opening ports.
I can't connect to the web face in any way, and there is no client connection.
I think the whole problem is in DNS cloudflare and ports.
Need help can anyone come across.
