Need help choosing your Odroid U2 package?

Hello!
Decided to get myself this mini-computer. It will be used as a home media center.
As accessories now there are:
1. D-link USB 2.0 hub D-Link DUB-H7 to ensure connection of all necessary usb devices and not worry about lack of power;
2. Transcend StoreJet 25M3, TS1TSJ25M3, as an external hard drive;
3. Logitech Wireless Gamepad F710, no comment;
4. A simple BT mouse from A4;
5. As an alternative to a mouse, I plan to take iPazzPort Google TV Mini Handheld 2.4G Wireless Keyboard + Laser Pen.
Now here is the question. What set of accessories do I need? You definitely need Wi-Fi and Bluetooth modules. What about the rest? If possible, give advice with a brief description of what is for what. In general, I understand the basic things, like a card with Android installed, but the rest ... Why, for example, a USB-UART Module Kit.
From me a detailed report after the assembly of all this stuff!
Thanks in advance!

@DenimTornado

A power supply is definitely needed.
USB-UART is needed for developing / debugging the android itself or the Linux that you put there.
IO-board so that some external devices like diodes-sensors-motors can be connected to the board.
eMMC - internal memory. You can do fine without it (for a media center, the speeds of a micro-SD card should be enough), but it is faster.
According to the experience of using ODROID-X: if the board is not overclocked, it does not heat up much - I did not need active cooling. Although in the summer, under load, the cooler may still be needed.
Cables to taste.

and if games are planned actively

If something is heavy, then I think it's worth taking an eMMC and a fan.
As a bonus, it will be possible to change SD cards without turning off the board.

eMMC is desirable. It is much faster than cards.
USB-UART - not needed for operation. But if the system does not start, it makes life much easier. If you use ready-made images, then you can not take it. If you want to collect your cores and systems, then it’s better to either take it or get a similar one but cheaper.
IO-board is essentially the same arduino, only with PIC, not AVR, and the firmware is designed to steer with your feet through the interface. IMHO not needed. And if necessary, then I would choose arduino nano.
micro HDMIs are needed, but hardkernels suck: I both have a slightly loose micro HDMI connector and the signal passes only in a certain position of the cables.
It's easier to take the power supply unit that hardkernel offers.
