Need help choosing a router

Need WiFi router for home. The channel is 100 Mbit / s and I would like it to be possible to use it to the maximum even from devices connected via WiFi (the laptop can do 802.11a / b / g / n). I would also like it to be able to work as a NAS, download torrents to a connected external hard drive, etc.
Thanks in advance.

I have a Linksys wrt610n at home , I advise you to consider it as an option, the machine is very strong, especially in conjunction with the dd-wrt firmware, which is flashed via the web without a tambourine. How NAS can work on this firmware, like many other goodies, such as DDNS. I know that it is expensive, but for almost 2 years of work, he only pleased.

Is the budget limited?
If there is no desire to bother with firmware and settings - ASUS RT-N56U. Smart enough hardware and can do a lot out of the box.
If it's not scary to reflash the router and configure it from the console - NetGear WNDR-3800. It will be faster than the Asus, but the firmware from the manufacturer is very modest.

Zyxel Keenetic Giga works without a hitch.

There is a bit of “imhi” here ...
Personally, I think that the router should be a router , and not a combine with a toaster and a concrete mixer (as practice and statistics show, such crossbreeds of raccoons with rhinos work either unstable or resource-intensive).
Well, at the moment there are two proposals:
1. If you want to visually study network protocols, traffic flow, mpls, ospf, bgp, vpls, play around with all sorts of vpn, build an extensive network, delve into almost all the settings of a wifi chip (the parameters of which, usually, in 99% SOHO routers can be counted on the fingers), and with all this geekiness, do not spend money on relatively expensive ciscos, then I strongly recommend MikroTik RB751Gdue to its low price, high performance and a huge number of features available only to cats ...
2. If you just want to “plug in and make everything work”, then I agree with the previous speaker - the most productive router for the lazy - This same Zuhel Kinetic
