AWS from Amazon does not offer.

What didn’t please you with AWS or Azure when there is a chic free tier there? Don't know how to set up servers?

Hosting VDS / VPS implies that you put whatever you want .
It is fundamentally.
An important point - you put and serve yourself.
Node.JS support and administration of this business is only your own business (well, or an admin hired by you), and not the business of VDS/VPS hosting.
However, some VDS/VPS hosts already offer images with Node.JS configured. IMHO, this makes little sense. You can also type a couple of lines of command to install the Node.JS distribution.
If you want a ready-made hosting specially tailored for Node.JS, then this is not for VDS / VPS hosting, but for PaaS hosting , for example, Heroku, Google AppEngine (not to be confused with Google Cloud), etc.:

The one with Node.JS ready is called "AWS Elastic Beanstalk"
