I need advice in general, there is a prefix from the provider (BSS Snowbox) I want to extract m3u from it (playlist file) I need help. The set-top box runs on a Broadcom 7230

Why disassemble the attachment? You can simply dump traffic while it is running. And there, either everything will be visible, or the provider drives the TV in encrypted form and the playlist will not help you in any way.
