Need a streaming server to stream audio via RTPRx?

What day I struggle with the task, I can not find a solution.
It is necessary to organize audio broadcasting using the RTPRx protocol (needed to play Push Audio messages on Avaya IP phones). I can't find a server that can do this.
Has anyone encountered these?
Perhaps Avaya phones can also receive audio streams using other protocols? If you have experience with Push Audio, please share.
