Need a service for editing email newsletters

We use mailcube services. We stupidly typeset the newsletter with our hands in a notebook - it’s already steamed up. Or maybe there is such a service where I will specify the styles (text, links, headings and lists)? Then I will write the text - I will mark it up, and they will give me a valid HTML code.

If you have hosting, then write a script and that's it. On the one hand, the template, on the other, the input form, then the code is generated.
If you are typing in a notepad, then I'm just surprised that you don't know about such a thing as adobe dreamweaver.

In MailCube you need to insert the html code. It looks like the stone age. If you need a service in Russian, then definitely www.UniSender.com , there is a WYSIWYG editor, editing the message text on the spot and much more.
