Need a Java Spring tutorial for seigneur in other web languages?

I have been a web programmer for a long time.
And now I want to try the Polymer + Java Spring (+ Akka) bundle, but if I don’t have any problems with the front, then I don’t know how to approach Spring.
Please tell me how to start this, a tutorial in the style of "here is the code that works, press Debug and watch" is desirable. I have never written in Java (from a similar one 8 years ago I commercially programmed in C #), therefore I don’t even know how to run it (Java) and configure the working macosx operating system.

Personally, I would advise learning Java Core first.
I also know the Spring course on the root tracker.
The Hindu reads it in English, but briefly and to the point.
