Need a good but not complicated online/offline logic circuit simulator?

We need an interesting simulator (including for simulating a 4-bit CPU), so that in this simulator we can work with real time intervals, they know the frequency and period of some signals / pulses. Do you know good simulators online or stand alone, but not difficult?

In Google "10 best free online circuit simulators"
https://circuits.io seems to be not bad

I don't know complex. On the other hand. I wouldn't call Matlab Simulink complicated. Yes, this is a professional tool, which, ahem, does not differ in "casuality" and still requires knowledge of the basics of digital processing, but it takes flexibility. In addition, pure Simulink is generally simpler than ever, in fact, and the element base is easily configured and supplemented. As an option - try a cropped version, without a bunch of unnecessary libraries.
