Need a fast, scalable ad delivery system (not SaaS)

Internet advertising

There is a visited site (small media), you need to unscrew the banners (html-blocks and graphics). What will the community advise to solve this problem? Free and paid solutions (within $500) and not SaaS are considered, since I want to keep everything on my server (NIX).

Watched openx, adpeeps. Is there anything else worth noting?

In addition to openx, nothing really comes to mind. Plus ready-made modules for CMS, if it is popular.
Announce the requirements for the system, and what did not suit the same openx. Then it will be clear whether it is possible to write / find the required amount up to $500.
