Nativescript fails to run on a real phone - only the virtual machine works. How to change?

My Nativescript apps stopped running on my phone.
Previously, a QR code was displayed on the command line, then I could test the application on my phone. Now the virtual phone is starting up. (Well, I installed a bunch of extra things, but now I can’t roll back)
Tell me 1. - What needs to be changed in order to get a QR and work with the phone 2. How to connect a virtual Iphone for testing?
