Native HTML5 apps on android?

Actually the question can not correctly formulated. I'm looking for something like Intel® XDK (free for now) or perhaps better than qt. There are still few examples and articles on Intel® XDK both on Habré and on the network.

What's the question? Is there documentation? There is documentation on Intel: developer.html5dev-software.intel.com/
There is also a good enough set of tutorials to get started: html5dev-software.intel.com/documentation/tutorials/index.html
But I'm not very sure what choice in favor of the Intel XDK is correct. I don’t see any description about the target application, but maybe it makes sense to look in the direction of something else that has been on the market for a long time and is already well tested with known pitfalls and a bunch of examples?
