NANO reads comments crookedly, why?

I am already creating a second server on the hosting, and on this server, using nano , comments are inserted like this:

And the editing process is inconvenient. Why is this happening? No matter where you copy it from, it's always like that.

If you are connecting via PuTTY, then here:
This will apply the setting to the current connection. If you do not want to climb into the settings every time, then save this to the default connection settings.
If not through PuTTY, then specify through which ssh client you are connecting.
