Name filtering when personalizing automated emails?
Applications come from the site (name + email), in response to which I send a letter (manually).
I tried to use services like unisender, but since the client does not always enter his name correctly, when substituting it, errors often result.
How can this process be automated? As far as I understand, you need to create a mail server on a separate hosting, and attach a script to check for a match between the entered name and the base of the correct names.
Maybe someone came across ready-made solutions in this area, or do you need to develop from scratch?

In my opinion, it is better to fasten the validation of names at the stage of filling out the form, and not to correct the values sent from the form.
Screw to the form "Dadatu" .
I will not suggest a ready solution. UniSender has a label that can be used to segment the base by gender. It also determines the validity of names. If the name is entered incorrectly, it can either be added to the database or corrected manually. Here are detailed instructions on how to use it.
