Mysqld.exe disappears when Openserver fails to start?

Yesterday, from a working computer on a flash drive, I transferred the entire openserver folder to another computer.
Today, when starting openserver, I found that it does not start due to mysql.
I looked in the /modules/database/mysql5.7 folder and saw that the mysqld.exe file (in mysql 8.0 too) is missing, which seems to be running.
And there was a misunderstanding, if it should be here, then why was it not copied? Or is it not supposed to be there?
Unfortunately, there is no access to the working computer yet (to compare folders), and it’s hard to download the openserver installations from a mobile phone ...
