There is the following cluster asset/passive scheme:

VIP
Master1 - Master2
|
|_Slave1
|_Slave2
|_Slave3

Reading is from slaves locally, everyone writes to VIP (master1). Is there a way to quickly transfer all slaves to Master2 when Master1 crashes?

To be honest, the master-master replication in the muscle did not please me much, replication glitches were quite difficult to debug on a working project.
