MySQL. How to make a user who does not have privileges on the table to see information only about himself?

How to make that a user who does not have privileges on the table can view information only about himself (the list of users).
Any ideas are welcome, it is desirable to minimize the number of views. Thanks in advance

1. The user usually has an identifier that flies into the token in the cookies on the client in order to dock it in the interface and not force it to enter each bunch.
2. When accessing a view (universal for all), you can safely give the user only his information, his relational connections by his identifier. This is, as it were, the basis of any normal muzzle, at least at the level of registration, password replacement.
The difference from, say, Wkonatkik, will only be that you will not display general information available to everyone. And the key to the answer is the user ID and its links.
