Mysql backup on tables in ISP?

Sometimes you need to restore 1 record from one table or an entire table with data, but pulling out a backup of several gigs is not very convenient. Is it possible to make an additional backup of tables and how to set it up in ISP?

Hello.
Unfortunately, in ISPmanager there is no way to restore a specific table from the database. Just the entire base.
