My Yandex money wallet was stolen, what should I do?

Today at 4 o'clock in the morning my Yandex wallet payment account was stolen from me and money was stolen. The amount is small, but still. Fraudsters changed the payment password. The problem is that I do not remember the password recovery code, since I registered quite a long time ago. What to do in this situation? Is it possible to return the money? And how to recover the payment password? I have already written to support.
Thank you

PS
Before the theft, the scammers launched the password recovery procedure and changed it.
But for this you need to enter the confirmation code, which I have written down somewhere on a piece of paper.
How could they get the verification code?

PSPS

Sent a standard email stating that the payment was made using the correct login and password, yeah.
That is, as I understand it, the money will not be returned

PSPSPS By the way, the money was transferred to this wallet: 41001779188809 I
asked Yandex to personalize it, but, apparently, this is unrealistic to do

@Anonym

Usually in such situations we have a “presumption of guilt”. Prove that it was not you - maybe they will return it.

That's the question - how to prove your case?

Anonym, if only because the presumption of guilt is absent in Russian law and the concept is rather theoretical. The victim is not obliged to prove his innocence. conscientiously and duly fulfilled its obligations. Accordingly, we, as a plaintiff, are not required to prove anything, but only provide certain documents in support of our claims.
