My animation starts jumping at one point, how to fix it?

I have an animation with a TV that can turn on and off and 4 blocks go on it, when hovering over 1 block it will increase and the rest will decrease, the problem is that at one moment the animation seems to stop working and the blocks just start jumping from side to side
I'm sure almost one hundred percent that it's because of ".stop" because without it everything works fine, but I don't know how to do it right because I can't not use it.
