Music player with music library, synchronization with devices under Linux?

Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen!
I've been suffering with the problem for quite a long time:
I can't find such a player under Linux, in which it would be possible to create playlists and synchronize them with different devices.
At the moment I use banshee, but it can only work with those who are defined as a player, but, for example, flash drives (I have one such old player, which is defined as a simple flash drive) does not. I tried clementine, but it does not have the ability to create a playlist with restrictions (no more than 8 GB for example).
Guess who is using what?
