Multiple "php-fpm: pool www" shouldn't be there?

The ps aux --sort -rss command returns data where the lines are like:

Everything is fine. It should be.
If this really confuses you, then you can reduce the pool size in the php-fpm config, but at the expense of performance.
Ubuntu and Debian are direct cousins with full package compatibility. Therefore, in some universal packages, the names of another OS may slip through.
Specifically, in your case, your user name is Debian-+ and exim4 is already running on his behalf
