Multiple Google apps accounts for one organization. domain + subdomains

There is a domain of a certain organization domen.com, a free version of Google apps is registered on it. After two years of use, the limit of free accounts ended, several subdomains sub.domen.com, sub1.domen.com (by departments) were created. They were also registered in Google, in general it turns out +50 accounts on each subdomain.

Can Google hit the neck for such tricks? Is it possible to do this, is it written somewhere in the rules, etc.?

If they notice (unlikely) a stupid one will be banned with the loss of all data, technical support is not provided in free apps.
Personally, my imho is that they will not pay attention to this, these are not our hosters, who, after using one service, stupidly entered a new clause into the offer and put forward a claim to me.

Nobody cares. You are watching ads right.
But I would still advise uploading all the mail somewhere via IMAP)

The service provision policy (http://www.google.com/apps/intl/en/terms/standard_terms.html) states "Google shall have the right to change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Service without notice and without incurring any obligation to at any time, including opening hours and the availability of any of its features. Google shall have the right, without notice and without incurring any obligation, to impose restrictions or restrict access to certain components of the Service or to the entire Service as a whole.
So if they want to suspend services, they can do it without legal complications.

they can, but why? you, as noted above, still watch ads, and they charge money not for the number of accounts, but for features - like Google groups and shared mailboxes, collaboration (documents, address book, etc.) - and you don’t have all this, no matter how many domains you use.

Why didn't they pay?
There are pennies.
