We have: two Megaphone numbers. One is personal, a smartphone with an Internet package and a Multifon is used, the second is only on the Multifon, the SIM card is in the safe.
On July 27, I noticed a quick leak of money from my Megafon account. Detailing showed that along with incoming calls, there is a redirection to the intercity, to the Megafon number (928) 200-00-23.
The search turned up a competition on the Cherkessk09.RU website, where Megafon is the sponsor of the competition.
From the interesting: Forwarding works only when connected to the Multifon server and it does not matter where to receive the call, on the Multifon or on the mobile phone. During a conversation, the calling party complains about the poor sound quality, but I can hear the caller perfectly. I unloaded the Multifon, put the phone on the "airplane" - "the subscriber is out of the network coverage area", as it should be.
In the detail, under the line of the incoming call, there is the line "Forwarding to intercity". The duration is the same as the duration of the call.
Support closed the ticket with a comment, exaggeratedly, "Themselves fools, redirects turned on." No redirection is visible in the personal account, on the mobile phone too. On the advice of a girl from 0500, I dialed a command to cancel all redirects on my mobile phone, made a control call - the money was debited again.
Who else uses Multifon - check your accounts, request details. For a day, it took 1050r for this redirect unknown to anyone. Now one number is in the red (the loan is connected), on the second 3p.

There was the same story, after contacting technical support through a personal account, they accrued 250 rubles as compensation.
I think that it would be fair to return the money to the balance of ALL subscribers from whom they were erroneously withheld, without waiting for the subscribers to contact us about this.
