Multilingual site on wordpress?

Hello!
There is a site on wordpress, which is multilingual with the help of the qTranslate plus plugin. Everything works fine except:
1. I can't translate the text in the slider. Methods suggested by the plugin do not work:
[lang1]Text in Russian[:lang2]text in another language
Also, the system does not allow inserting the following structure into the slider text form:
<?php if(get_locale() == 'ru_RU') { ? > Text in Russian <?php } else { ?> text in another language <?php } ?>
php code in this case is automatically commented...
2. Since the site is a single page, the menu consists of links within the page. And on each language version of the site, the link leads to the default language.
Please tell me how to be?
