Good afternoon. The most correct thing is to follow the rule: 1 country = 1 domain. And register domains in the zone of that country in which you plan to promote this site (ru, com...) . At the same time, in the domain name, use the main keyword for your type of activity, the main high-frequency query from the semantic core.
