There is a landing page in HTML ported to WordPress. Subject - repair.
I thought about how to make a regional link to various cities in the region (not all, 10-20 pieces). How to organize it correctly? I thought about multi-landing, but they are mainly focused only on tags from ads, and not on search. A competitor in the top 2 search results in Yasha uses subdomains by city and, accordingly, only phone numbers and keywords in the form of the city name change on the site (all texts are absolutely identical, except for the name of the cities).
Does anyone have any ideas on how to implement this? Thanks in advance to everyone for ideas!

Make subdomains for Yandex. For Google, hide subdomains. For Google, use the affiliates on the contact page and in Google My Business.
